They took my money twice and didn’t try help

Greeted when we came in. I wasn’t looking for anything but ended up getting some things I needed for a rod set, twists, and some hair accessories. Most of the prices are very reasonable. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t live here but I’ll come back for my hair care needs the next time I come to visit. Highly recommend if you need ANY hair, accessories, or products.

I visited the store a few days ago with my autistic son to purchase some hair products, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The short Caucasian male behind the counter did not offer any assistance. Instead, he pointed down the aisle, assuming I knew where the items were located. This left me feeling overwhelmed, especially since my son has special needs. Despite my request for help, he continued pointing and offered no further support. When I asked him directly if he could come out to assist me, his response was unwelcoming. He eventually came out, but he had to walk up and down the aisle searching for the products. Ultimately, they did not have what I was looking for. Another customer in the store was far more helpful and provided better advice on the hairstyle I was trying to achieve. Additionally, the employee went behind the counter and proceeded to watch TV instead of offering any customer service. As I was checking out, my son was having a difficult moment and needed extra support, which made the situation more challenging. When I asked for a bag because my hands were full, I was informed that there was a 20-cent charge for it. I found this unfair, especially since I had already paid with my debit card and had no cash or change available. Given the lack of assistance, professionalism, and overall unsupportive environment, I will not be returning to this store. The customer service was disappointing, and I felt that my needs were not adequately addressed.

I've been coming to Hair Day for a couple weeks now and everytime I come I'm greeted. They have everything you need here.
